Italian Strawberries
TANGY Strawberries
1 lb of whole strawberries
Red Wine Vinegar
Balsamic Vinegar
Granulated Sugar
-Cut the stem off the strawberry and slice into fourths length wise.
-In a bowl with your strawberries, add 1 part vinegar and one part water until the berries are fully submerged
-Add a couple of teaspoons of balsamic vinegar and stir
-Sugar to taste. If you’d like you can use a sugar replacement of your choice. I usually add a couple of tablespoons of sugar. Just keep adding and tasting until you have a good balance of tang and sweetness.
-This is great with some home made whip cream!
-You can throw in any fruit to this, and it is great kept in the fridge for a couple days!
