Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Soy Sauce and Balsamic Vinegar
About 2 lbs of brussel sprouts
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 to 2 tbsp melted butter
Olive oil
A pinch of garlic powder
Salt and pepper
-Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- Peel the outer leaves of the brussel sprouts, cut off base and cut into quarters
-In a bowl toss sprouts with a couple tsps of olive oil, enough to coat. Salt and paper to taste, add garlic powder
-Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until crispy brown
-Once baked, dump the sprouts back into the bowl, mix in soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and melted butter
-Serve!
