Brenna’s Brine

This isn’t really a brine, but it’s a nice alliteration. This is a vinagarrette invented by my sister. It’s good on salads or as a marinade for any type of white fish or chicken.

*Warning, my sister likes things TANGY. Adjust the proportions for your taste buds.


Equal parts:

Olive oil

Red Wine Vinegar

White Wine Vinegar

Lemon Juice


A pinch of:

Parsley

Red Pepper Flakes

Garlic Powder

Oregano


A tbsp of:

Grey Poupon or any other grainy mustard

Soy Sauce

The brine from a Pepperoncini jar

Honey

Orange Juice
