Beet Green Salad

Beet Green Salad:

-4 cups ripped up and washed Beet greens

-1 cup spinach

-1 chopped tomato

-1/4 cup feta

Dressing:

- 1/4 cup fresh basil

- 1/4 parsely

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

- 2 cloves garlic

- 1 tsp mustard

- 1 tbsp agave nectar or honey

- 1 tsp soy sauce

Mix all dressing ingredients together and toss with salad. This would also be good topped with chopped walnuts.
