Olive, Mozzarella and Almond Salad
This sounds weird, I know, but I think this is so delicious. Some how there is a nice balance of flavors, and it’s pretty healthy!
One part of each:
Almonds
Brown olives (or any olives of your choice)
Cubed Mozzarella (fresh)
For finishing:
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Mix all together, drizzle with olive oil and sea salt and serve!
